Tanya Tucker

Tanya Denise Tucker, née le 10 octobre 1958 à Seminole au Texas, est une artiste américaine de musique country. Elle est âgée de treize ans à la sortie de son premier succès, Delta Dawn. Au fil des décennies, Tucker devint l'une des rares enfants chanteuses à ne pas perdre son public avec l'âge, et, au cours de sa carrière, elle se plaça souvent dans les Top 10 et 401. Elle a reçu plusieurs nominations aux prix décernés par la Country Music Association.
On peut retenir ses succès What's Your Mama's Name? et Blood Red and Goin' Down (1973), Lizzie and the Rainman (1975) et Strong Enough to Bend (1988).





Tanya Denise Tucker (born 10 October 1958, in Seminole, Texas) is a female American country music artist who had her first hit, "Delta Dawn", in 1972 at the age of 13. Over the succeeding decades, Tucker became one of the few child performers to mature into adulthood without losing her audience, and during the course of her career, she notched a streak of Top 10 and Top 40 hits. She has had several successful albums, several Country Music Association award nominations, and hit songs such as 1973's "What's Your Mama's Name?" and "Blood Red and Goin' Down," 1975's "Lizzie and the Rainman," and 1988's "Strong Enough to Bend".
